Product description Lumberjack 160 is a high specification, towel applied adhesive, based on resins in solvent and is specifically designed for fixing all types of wooden floors directly onto porous substrates. Uses For fixing all types of wooden floors directly onto porous substrates. Characteristics / Advantages Water free - will not cause warpage or curl of wood blocks/planks. Rapid setting - Floors may normally be trafficked 12-24 hours after application. Well bond wood directly to all common porous sub floors including concrete, wood and porous natural stone floors. Suitable for use with underfloor heating. Easy application trowel. High strength adhesive. Base: Resin solvent blend Viscosity: (HBDVII+/S70/10rpm) 50,000-70000 cP Temperature resistance: -40 to +80C Trafficability / Sandability on new floors: 12-24 hours after fixing Minimum Screed requirements: 28 days maturing and max 2.5% moisture content before using this adhesive. For moisture contents at 2.5-7%, use in conjunction with SikaBond DPM Rapid. Do not use this product above the recommended moisture levels. Product information Packaging: 10L Metal tub Colour: Buff Shelf life: 24 months from date of manufacture when stored as directed. Storage conditions: Store in cool, dry conditions between +5 and +25°C as Flammable goods away from all sources of ignition. Ensure good ventilation. Storage outside these parameters will dramatically reduce shelf life. Opened tins must be closed airtight and used up as soon as possible (within 1 month) Slight skins of product may form on prolonged standing. Simply remove and dispose of prior to use. Density: ~1.50g/cm Consumption: 20-30m2 per 10L pail Tack free time: 10-15mins at 20C and 50% RH
