One more time I would like to thank you for your help regarding the mishandle of our paquet caused by our builders. When you connected us to Martin, it was such a relief! For days we had been struggeling trying to convince our builders that they had done a bad job. 

Martin had hardly entered our flat on Friday before they had understood the lack of quality of their work. Not only had they used bad sanding equipment, they had also put dirt on the floor after sanding, and not put the varnish on properly.

As you suggested I have attached some photos of our renewed beautifully herringbone parquet from the 1930s.

Hi Tom

Thank you for your advice the other day to prepare and finish a wood floor.  The job took many hours preparation and today, Sat evening, the first coat is on.  It looks stunning already.
